What a corrugated preprint still has to catch

Why it is judged this way

After preprint, the board is corrugated and shows a regular flute. Full-sheet high sensitivity will stop without end. Draw the barcode and the product name tight. A large background follows the customer's dirt table and can be looser. A whole missing color still has to alarm.

What to compare

What you see What to call it What not to do
Barcode or product name is damaged Stop Call it flute
Regular flute Do not call it dirt Tighten the whole sheet
A whole color is missing Stop Turn inspection off because there is a lot of texture

At job change or when a roll is opened

  1. Mark the barcode and the product-name area.
  2. Use a sample with a missing print block and confirm the alarm.
  3. Confirm the flute does not false-alarm in a run.
