How to inspect a large corrugated sheet offline

Offline inspection of a large corrugated sheet has to be able to say which sheet in this stack it was, not only flash on a screen. The sheet is wide, so cover the barcode, the product name, and a whole missing color first.

Why it is judged this way

If a board is put on the inspection table with no sheet number, a later complaint cannot be traced back. A number can be inkjetted or scanned as the sheet comes onto the table. However fast the inspection is, if the original sheet cannot be found, the offline station was only a glance.

What to compare

What you see What to call it What not to do
There is a sheet number or a stack number It can be traced Keep only a shift pass
The barcode is damaged or a whole color is missing Take that sheet out Pass it because offline is too slow
The flute false-alarms Loosen the texture to the signed sample Switch the whole machine off

At job change or when a roll is opened

  1. Before the sheets go on, set how this stack is numbered.
  2. Pull one missing print and confirm the alarm.
  3. The pass record has to include the number.
